The Truth Defined Program: Building Leaders from the Inside Out
The Truth Defined Program is our 12-week flagship initiative designed to give young people the essential life skills they need to navigate pressure, pursue big goals, and succeed beyond the classroom. We understand that success isn't just about grades; it’s about confidence, resilience, and the ability to speak up.
This program isn't just theory—it's hands-on practice in building self-efficacy,
a fancy term for believing in yourself and your ability to reach your goals.
What Your Child Will Gain:
-
Self-Knowledge and Confidence: Students learn to identify their Core Values and Cultural Strengths. They define their own personal "Truth," giving them an unshakeable sense of self-worth that guides all their decisions.

-
Clear Communication: We teach students how to advocate for themselves assertively. They practice asking teachers, mentors, and adults for what they need respectfully and clearly, replacing shyness or frustration with effective communication.

-
Resilience and Grit: Students learn the "Growth Mindset." Instead of letting a poor test score or a disappointment stop them, they learn to view setbacks as feedback. This skill allows them to bounce back faster and study smarter.

-
A Strong Support System: The program culminates in MANDATORY Joint Sessions with parents, guardians, or mentors. We teach students how to build and leverage their support network, ensuring the skills they learn with us are reinforced and sustained at home.

We believe:
When a student knows their Truth, they have the roadmap for their future.
The Truth Defined curriculum is divided into four phases: Identity, Advocacy, Resilience, and Action. This intensive structure ensures students move from self-discovery to confident implementation of their skills.
